What Do The Logs Say(TM, Pat. Pend.)? qmail-send logs extensive
information about delivery.

See above.

1. Don't use LookOut to diagnose problems.
2. Don't use ping to test pop3 service.
3. I'm not surprised that pop3.server.com.br is unreachable:

gregw@aragorn:~$ dnsqr any pop3.server.com.br
255 pop3.server.com.br:
36 bytes, 1+0+0+0 records, response, authoritative, nxdomain
query: 255 pop3.server.com.br

I don't think anyone can help you based on the information you've
provided. If 'nothing' appears in /var/log/maillog, that's not where
you're logging. Find out where you're logging, and read the logs to find
out why deliveries are slow...

If you can't interpret what the logs are telling you, please post them
here, or if they're huge, post them on a webpage and post the URL. Output
of qmail-showctl might help too, plus information on how you start qmail,
etc.
