That is the qmail-send log. That is the correct log.

You likely have other logs, but that's not critical at this point. Look
for a line previous to the one quoted above which says "new msg 38571".
That will tell you where the message came from. You say it's not
through qmail-smtpd, so the tcpserver logs aren't needed.
