Read it again.  And again.  And again.  It specifically tells you how to
block a single account instead of a domain.

You've told us the following:

  -someone is spamming through your server
  -smtp is disabled, so the mail couldn't get in that way
  -your scripts cannot be at fault

The following are the possible answers:

  -one of your assertions above is wrong
  -you have shell users on the system doing the spamming -- this could
  include unexpected shell users, if your box has been rooted
  -you have another network front end for mail open (qmtp, qmqp)
