Then have her set her MUA to use "user13" as her From: address and
envelope sender address.  This really isn't a qmail issue.  qmail will
use whatever you want as the envelope sender, and it doesn't touch the
contents of the message (including From: headers).

She should be able to set her From: id and her POP3/IMAP username
separately.  Set her POP3/IMAP username to "user12" but her other
identifying info to "user13" in her MUA.
