I'm using qmail 1.03 on Red Hat Linux 7.0. The users generally access their mail with
OE through courier-imap. I have a user with an e-mail account of user12 who now wants
to be able to receive mail for user13. I tried just creating an alias for user13 to
deliver to her which works, but when she sends mail or replies, the FROM field says
user12 and she needs it to say user13. She does still need to be able to receive mail
for user12 as well.
How do I go about getting this all reconfigured? Do I have to just delete all the
user12 account information, recreate everything as user13 and set up an alias for
user12? If so, how do I save the existing messages for user12 and make them available
for user13 after doing all this?
