Tom, thanks for all your help on this. First of all, that URL you used is incorrect and that's why you didn't get any of the login images. Try https://mail.1osc.com/cgi-bin/qmailadmin .
Also, check this out while you're at it: https://mail.1osc.com/images/qmailadmin/radio-on.png That is one of the buttons that doesn't display in the GUI, but displays just fine when you call it directly as above. The button 'disabled.png' displays perfectly but no other buttons will display in the qmailadmin GUI. It is totally baffling... I have recompiled qmailadmin thrice now with no better results. A also grepped for 'mail' (the domain name and the folder both have 'mail' in them) and found no entries of note in access_log or error_log. I also posted this screen-cap that shows some buttons displaying and others not displaying... https://mail.1osc.com/images/screen1.png Let me know if I'm missing anything here :) ==================================== OSC Consulting Affordable Dedicated Email, Ecommerce, and Web servers. !!! $199 per month 30-day CASH BACK GUARANTEE !!!
