I dont know what Sugarbox is? can you share us the link?
probably sugarbox use vqadmin as it's web-interface to create domain.

people at qmailtoaster.com doesn't suggesting using vqadmin to create a
domain anymore bcoz some might go wrong...

perhaps what you experience is one them..
