The only things I changed are main_menu.html and show_login.html (IIRC those
were the file name, you know what I mean) and of course the images/
directory. You can basically decompress the tarball and get
a vanilla qmailadmin-0.34 with the new templates integrated or you can
copy the templates and images to their respective directories in the
source directory and do a make install-strip.
