virtual mailing lists don't work

A follow up: I was able to get the logs following my previous post.
qmail is looking for the file ".qmail-taxnews-txt-default" and can't
find it. (The list I created was "taxnews-txt", I send a message to
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]".

So, 1) where should the file .qmail-taxnews-txt-default be, 2) what are
its contents and 3) why doesn't qmailadmin create it for me?
