Right, so qmail looks for the following .qmail files in this order:
.qmail-taxnews-txt-subscribe
.qmail-taxnews-txt-default
.qmail-taxnews-default
.qmail-default
In the VPOP/domains/nethan.com/ directory.

1) In the directory above.
2) Should be a symlink to .../nethan.com/taxnews-txt/manager
3) No clue; not enough info.
My guess, based on your posts, is that qmailadmin permissions or ownership
is wrong. You might want to post the output of ``ls -l /path/to/qmailadmin''
to the list...
