Hi, all.
I made patch for qmailadmin-0.42. This can collect some layout(like
mod_dotqmail.html) and added "META tag" to html files like
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=##X000">
And I added 000 entry to dic.but I don't know about other language well.
So I modified only en and ja file. These may work to prevent Character
transformation.
I also added 204 and 205 entry. It replaces "Refresh Menu" and "Log Out"
in MainMenu.
This can attach under qmailadmin-0.42 dir and follows
$patch -01 < ../010121.patch
