I know this isn't the correct list to ask this, but I haven't got any help
from the ezmlm list yet, so I am asking here to see if anyone has had this
problem / found a solution to it.
I am getting a lot of complaints from some rookie users on my maillist that
are getting my maillist in the normal one message at a time format and also
in digest mode. They originally subscribed to the list using the
[EMAIL PROTECTED] but some have since done a
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and are now on two lists. Now what
the user has to do is do a [EMAIL PROTECTED] to get off of
the regular format list.
The problem is that when you try to explain to a bunch of non technical
people that they have to do the additional unsubscribe, they get confused
thinking they are leaving the list totally.
Is there any way to make ezmlm-idx automatically unsubsribe someone from the
regular list when they change to digest mode and vice versa?
I am sure that I am not the only one having to try to explain these problems
to my users.
