But that is (IMHO) *the* most annoying thing about dealing with companies
that use autoresponders. Netscape used to do this - all the 'contact'
addresses on their website were actually just autoresponders that gave you a
canned message, and then a *different* address if you want to talk to a real
person. Having just spent 10 minutes writing a specific question and
discussion of needs to a robot, it wasn't impressive. I realise this is more
a fault of not making it clear that it is an autoresponder at the other end,
but I feel that *someone* ought to get those messages anyway.
