newby question: bounced

I apologize if this is not the right list for my question, but here goes:

When I log into qmailadmin and click on Pop Accounts on the Main Menu, I 
notice it says "Bounced" directly under "Pop Accounts". Can someone explain 
to me what this means or tell me where to look?
