[qmailadmin] qmailadmin request

Hi Tom and all:

We think the per-user spam detection is great but we have a request for the 
next version. Right now spam detection only works for mail delivered to an 
email account on the server. We would really like an option of extending 
the spam detection to mail delivered to a forward. Perhaps, it can be an 
additional configuration choice. We have many users that for a variety of 
reasons have their email forwarded to a server that does not provide spam 
filtering and we'd like to be able to help them.

I know that I'm welcome to supply a patch but with my limited knowledge of 
C the best I could do is write a Perl scripts to check all forwards each 
day and insert the mail filtering preline.
