What version of QmailAdmin? Some versions have incomplete translations. Also, sometime around 1.0.12 I redesigned the mailing list interface to reduce the amount of text and make it easier to read.
Note that 1.0.14 and later require vpopmail 5.3.19 or later.
I'm waiting on an updated Norwegian translation before I release version 1.0.28 which will probably serve as a pre-release candidate for the next stable release (to be called 1.2?).
