Note that there have been changes to the build/configure files in this release. If you are unable to build/install 1.0.28, please confirm that 1.0.27 builds/installs properly for you and then report the bugs to the Bug Tracker on SourceForge.

We now have up to date translations for all outstanding strings. This should (seriously) be one of the last releases before this development series is considered stable.

New Feature: You can now set the "Reply-To" behavior for mailing lists.
