Have we gotten a fix so qmailadmin will not removed stuff on the .qmail
files?
No, and that's really the only thing keeping us from a stable release.
The only clean/simple solution I can offer for that, is to have QmailAdmin copy all unknown program delivery lines (non-autorespond) into the beginning of any new .qmail file that it creates. If they need to be interspersed with the other entries that QmailAdmin manages directly, then there's a problem.
