I go to "New mailing list" under the quick links section of the main menu,
and complete "Mailing List Name" and "List owner email address" and leave
everything else as defaults. When I click the Add button, qmailadmin just
returns to the main menu, with the heading "No mailing lists to display".
The strange thing is, adding mailing lists has worked fine in the past.
Has the ezmlm-idx install changed? Can you manually add lists using the ezmlm-make command? If you check the error log for the site, do you see entries indicating that ezmlm-make may have failed?
If you look in the domain directory, are there any files/directories related to the list?
