OK, so three people have reported that they can't create a mailing list 
with QmailAdmin 1.2.x.  Can each of you answer the following questions?

What version of QmailAdmin?
What version of ezmlm (run `ezmlm-make -v`)?
If you check the error log for httpd, do any error messages show up 
when attempting to create a list?

Where is ezmlm-make installed (`locate ezmlm-make`)?
What are the EZMLM settings in config.h in your qmailadmin source 
directory (`grep EZMLM config.h`)?

Can you modify existing lists?
