Yes,

there are 4 accounts.

hmm, I have version 1.2.0 and 1.2.1 running here.
"remove" (I guess you mean "delete account" / the trashcan?) is not
shown only if the listed user is a domain admin.
"modify user" should be visible for all your four users.

which version do you use?

I've 1.2.1 too. but all that links are disabled.... Why? I don't know... I was correct for first time... but after 1 day links became disabled....
may I recompile package?

What exactly do you mean with disabled?
Is your qmailadmin available for the public to have a look at it (with some testdomain)?

And yes, recompiling and re-installing it, is always worth a try...
