You can add a parameter --enable-htmllibdir=/usr/share/blabla which you can add while you "configure" qmailadmin ! The html-files will then installed over there while compiling and installing. These files can further be changed over there.
Just make sure you back up any changes, as they will be overwritten the next time you install qmailadmin.
