Thanks for the details, Tom !

Isn't there another way besides the hardcoding of html-files ?  It
seems odd to me why the option is provided as I can't see many
advantages to this option.  I don't like it that my users can make all
mails sent to them disappear completely.  It makes my system look bad,
doesn't it ?
