and if you subscribed to the list, you're getting headers from the list. They may just be hidden by whatever email software you're using.
Plus, when you first subscribed to the list, you got instructions as to how to work it (the listserve)
It took me once or twice, early in my 'subscription' to figure out how to put the list on hold for vacations, etc.
You'll find qute a few automated lists like this one, work the same way.
