[qmailtoaster] Scripts and such

I've finally gotten around to throwing my couple scripts onto a web page 
for those who are interested.  All can be downloaded from 
http://jakev.com/qmail/ .  I'll be adding more next week if it's not too 
busy at work.  Working on some new stuff for the Toaster family in 
general, and I'll post it there and put a message here when I do.
