Wow. 40 meg is a LOT. I'd suggest FTP for something that large. If
you're bent on sending attachments that big, though, you'll need to edit
php.ini to allow attachments that large for webmail, and
/var/qmail/control/databytes which limits how large an email can be in
bytes. Those are the only 2 I can think of.
