I say it works rather well. I've made some config changes to mine, and
am using the sa-learn functions and everything seems to work well. Spam
still gets through, but I bounce 98% of it.
You'll want to do some tweaking, naturally. Maybe add an extra rbl or
two, and maybe add some more spamassassin rules, but that's up to you
and almost a moot-point if you're running the sa-learn function.
