There's a few things you need to do. Enable Spam detection in the
webmail control panel for the user. I also changed some of my settings
and lowered some of the default values in /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf
There are a few other things that can be changed. I don't remember off
the top of my head where the 'Spam Detection' values are located for the
control panel - maybe someone else will chime in?
