Got this when compiling:
configure: error: Unable to find your spamc program, specify
--enable-spamc.

Chances are good that if you're doing an upgrade, spamassassin-toaster
didn't install correctly. You have to remove the package first, then
install the new one:
rpm -e spamassassin-toaster
rpmbuild --rebuild --with cnt40 spamassassin-toaster*
rpm -Uvh /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386/spamassassin-toaster-3.1.0-1.2.11.rpm
and then install simscan-toaster after rebuilding it. That should clear
up the issue, or at least tell you why spamassassin-toaster isn't
installing.
