[qmailtoaster] converting old courier $HOME/Maildir files

Greetings qmailtoaster friends.
A few weeks ago I moved my server from one dedicated web host to another. I use it mainly for my own mail, a couple of small sites.
 It was running freebsd with postfix, courier imap, spam assassin, etc. I am now running qmailtoaster but have not yet been able to convert my old server mail files to the new format. They are all located in user home directories under /home/<user>/Maildir. I have pasted below what some of the files/directories look like. Is there a utility or script that will let me convert them in such a way that users can subscribe to them and view them in their imap clients like thunderbird/squirrelmail,etc?
