It shouldn't be too hard. A little time intensive, but not difficult.
There's tools to convert Sendmail's MBox format to Maildir, but the hard
part will be creating all the domains and users, and then moving the
files to the correct directories to convert them. After that it
shouldn't be too difficult. I think Life With QMail had a section in it
about migrating from Sendmail to QMail, and I know there's hundreds of
web posts about it.
