Is it when you're using smtp, or webmail? When you send a message, what
does /var/log/qmail/send and /var/log/qmail/smtp say? Is DNS working
right? Try something like:
dig mx millenia-llc.com
to see if DNS is resolving right, and quickly.
Have you modified anything with the default install?
