Need a little more information. Is CPANEL using QMail Toaster, or Sendmail?
If it's using QMail, you'll need to know some default information, such as
if your database for your users is named vpopmail or are there multiple
instances running, and your database is called something like
'vpopmail-user-342' or whatever.
If it was running a full blown install of QMail, with vpopmail and
everything else, then it may be rather easy. I have some backup/restore
scripts on my site (http://jakev.com/qmail) that work to backup and restore
a QMail server.
