[qmailtoaster] Problem during the installation, no /var/qmail/control/ found

Hi,
I just followed all the instructions in:
http://www.qmailtoaster.com/info/EZ-QmailToaster-MailServer.txt

After the installation of the rpms,  that the directory 
/var/qmail/control/  doesn't exist.

Any ideas of what can be the problem?
