I would recommend using the pop-connector in Exchange (I don't run Exchange, so I'm not an authorative answer on this...) which would pull the email from the QMail server and drop it into the local (on the Exchange server) mailboxes. That way it would be in both places at the same time, with a small time-lag between the two.
