1) No, I'm planning on having one physical servers, but the information
from Trendmicro the IMSS product should be implemented with two qmail
servers.
2) The admin ask me to implement IMSS Trendmicro because IMSS have GUI
interface to configure and make policy.
The question:
If I have implemented IMSS with Simscan, will the IMSS's GUI Interface run ?

If you are planning on having 1 physical server then you can just
reconfigure the simscan-toaster rpm and modify it for TrendMicro.
According to the simscan page, http://www.inter7.com/?page=simscan,
simscan supports trendmicro.
