I'm sure that this is done for different style of Qmail installations.
The QmailToaster is not setup in a way that there is a need for two
servers.

My guess is yes, the gui will continue to run. I can't really help
integrate the QmailToaster with the TrendMicro scanner since I do not
use it. All I can do is wish you luck. :)
You may want to ask them about the QmailToaster (or at least Qmail +
Simscan) to see if this can be done with one installation. This should
be easily doable, with a few tweaks to the simscan-toaster rpm.
