i commented all the lines in badmimetypes and badloadertype and also i removed that "M" from /etc/tcp.smtp and then i rebooted my server and now its working fine..i  am able to send attachmetns but my webmail connections timeout randomly.. what do i do.. i increased the timeout from 60 to 300 in imapd but still the same is happening even after restarting imapd.

i want to why was my server doing a timeout when i was sending attachments ? can anyone tell me ?

what should have gone wrong ???

    I was able to attachments into from my QT installation and now i am unable to send attachments.. be it exe, zip or doc, it just connects to the server and then gives an error that connection to the server has timed out.. what should be the cause, i restared QT, commented all the badloadertypes and badmimetypes in /var/qmail/control.. but still i am unable to send attachments..
