Hi Shai,

Look at http://www.qmailtoaster.com/spam

You will find information on howto setup mysql user based spamassassin
configuration. This is an old configuration but it can easily be updated
and integrated. You will have to make some changes to simscan-toaster.

I ran this on a test box last year with QHSI and SASQL (squirrelmail
plugin) and it worked great.
