Hi Jake,

Thanks for your lovely tip. I went and looked in Sq mail's website and got hold of a email_footer plugin. And it just does what I wanted from the web mail point of view.

As said by you earlier, since it is in the devel build, I hope it will soon make it to the stable release and then I can upgrade my QT during that time and benefit from this feature as well.

As such it is not for me and since my friend runs a small firm, I configured him this wonderful mail server. And he asked can he also get a disclaimer :( - Luckily he is planning to use SQ. Mail only for the near future, so for the time-being email_footer might be the answer.

Thanks.

Nanda.

Thanks Jake.

May be I'll give the devel build a try? Because adding it to webmail messages means requesting the users of the system to add it, rather than forcing a footer. But it might be the last measure :(

Hope the next version will have this feature in it.

As far as adding it to webmail... I know this could be done with Horde, back when Toaster used to roll this out as well. I never tried in Squirrelmail. Maybe check Squirrelmail's website to see if it can be added to the config there? That way all emails throuhg webmail would contain the footer.
