No matter what number I put into concurrencyremote, I cannot get

telling me:

I believe that is telling me that I am using all 509, even though I
have 2000 in concurrencyremote.
That is probably limited in the source code itself. The memory
allocated was probably set to something the author thought would never
be reached (509). You would have to edit the source code itself to
change this above what you're looking. Not to be a pain, but do you
really need more than 509 concurrent connections coming into your server?

No, outgoing. We have an opt-in mailing list of about 200,000 that gets
a twice-weekly mailing of the specials going on in the cruise industry.
I have one toaster that does nothing but service this list.
I have read that there is a high concurrency patch for qmail. Assuming
that I can find this, how do I patch the source and remake an rpm to
install?
