[qmailtoaster] User receive duplicate emails suddenly

Hi all,   One of my user started received duplicates emails this afternoon, without any suspicious message in log too...   I've checked through smtp/current & send/current log file... both shown is only deliver 1 email message to the user...   Please advice....
