I think you have installed bind: bind.i386 30:9.3.2-20.FC5 updates
and when you don no hold an own zonefile it would work like an cache DNS. Please check it out do deinstall all the things like bind* and try again. by the way, why you want to use dbjns , is it so much better then bind ?
