Are you using the most current packages? Please do an 'rpm -qa | grep toaster'.
If you're running the latest, please check the smtp log and see if you
have any entries that look like this.

If so, then spamassassin is working and just needs to be trained.
Otherwise, you have issues that need to be fixed.
