Right, that's normal. Basically is just optimization flag. It will
require a 386 chip and not use any specific stuff for chips higher
than 386. It will, however, tune for pentium4 so that it runs a little
faster on pentium4.

This will not cause issues. Good luck with the memory.

This is what I saw when the script started to install:

RPM RELEASE: courier-imap-toaster-4.1.1-1.3.2
OS TYPE IS : CentOS 4 Linux
 BLD IS : Thu Jun 08 2006
 CCFLAGS : -O2 -g -pipe -m32 -march=i386 -mtune=pentium4 -DHAVE_VLOGAUTH
 LDFLAGS : -O2 -g -pipe -m32 -march=i386 -mtune=pentium4 -L/usr/include

However, I think your previous post is what the problem is. I started
running memtest after the last email as you suggested, and it started
failing somewhere between 85-90%. I presume the system wasn't using this
memory in the past, as I haven't even unracked the system in probably 1-1/2
years. I appreciate the insight. Take care. Al
