If someone accidentally deletes a config file, there is nothing that
the spec file can do. . .

Did you use the qmt-newmodel.sh script to do the upgrade?

/etc/httpd/conf (where the toaster.conf resides) is unfortunately not (yet)
included in the configuration backup/restore portion of the script. Rest
assured that the script will be fixed for that right away. Doesn't do you
much good though, I'm afraid.

I hope that fajarpri's copy gets you going again. Either way, please let us
know your situation.

P.S. Erik/Nick, is this something that can/should be avoided in the .spec
file too?
