Hi, I've noticed that there are a couple of times where I do not receive mail, although I can see the mail received, checked for spam, etc. For example, here's an entry in my /var/log/qmail/smtp/current log file:

pid 14015 from 216.151.145.10
tcpserver: ok 14015 buckwheat.threeputt.org:192.168.1.5:25 :216.151.145.10::35514 CHKUSER accepted rcpt: from <[EMAIL PROTECTED]::> remote <strummer.voxilla.com:unknown:216.151.145.10> rcpt <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> : found existing recipient simscan:[14015]:CLEAN (-1.60/12.00):0.3987s:Confirmation code for jthomps:216.151.145.10:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
tcpserver: end 14015 status 0

The mail was checked for spam (/var/log/qmail/spamd/current):

info: spamd: connection from buckwheat.threeputt.org [127.0.0.1] at port 45557 info: spamd: processing message <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> for clamav:89 info: spamd: clean message (-1.6/5.0) for clamav:89 in 0.3 seconds, 2077 bytes. info: spamd: result: . -1 - AWL,BAYES_00,TW_JT scantime=0.3,size=2077,user=clamav,uid=89,required_score=5.0,rhost=buckwheat.threeputt.org,raddr=127.0.0.1,rport=45557,mid=<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>,bayes=1.68463576422084e-11,autolearn=no

The mail is never delivered, or bounced from what I can tell. It simply falls off into the bit-bucket... :) There are no entries in the /var/log/qmail/send/current log file. Does anyone know how I can debug this or determine why some mail is not being delivered?

Thanks,

Jeff

My guess would be either SPF or domainkeys. Neither logs rejections. :(
You can change SPFBEHAVIOR or domainkeys processing in tcp.smtp.
You can also change SPFBEHAVIOR globally in the simcontrol file.
