Hi, I've noticed that there are a couple of times where I do not receive
mail, although I can see the mail received, checked for spam, etc. For
example, here's an entry in my /var/log/qmail/smtp/current log file:

The mail was checked for spam (/var/log/qmail/spamd/current):

The mail is never delivered, or bounced from what I can tell. It simply
falls off into the bit-bucket... :) There are no entries in the
/var/log/qmail/send/current log file. Does anyone know how I can debug
this or determine why some mail is not being delivered?
