Hi all,
Is it possible to change mailer-daemon message from english to my local
language? Which file should I modify?
Thank you very much,
Fajar.
There is the /var/qmail/control/smtpgreeting. Don't know if that's what
you're talking about or not.
Hi Eric,
No, it's not the one. I mean the mailer-daemon message like this one:
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at cbn.net.id.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>:
maildrop: maildir over quota.
--- Below this line is a copy of the message.
Thanks for replying.
Fajar.
That is in the source code, and is compiled into the qmail-send program.
So yes, it's possible. It's not trivial to do though. You'll need to build
and install the package manually, and you'll also need to be a bit familiar
with C programming.
