Hi There, Check /var/qmail/supervise/smtp/run Part of the smtp run file is the path to rblsmtpd which is located in /usr/bin on mine and I assume by default.
Check your path and then check the path for that file. If it isn't in the path search the system and copy or link it. I'm not sure which portion of the toaster installs this file, but your's is either missing or in a different location.
